Since I have been an estate agent, I would like to think that I have earned the trust of my colleagues, friends within the property industry and most importantly my clients. This is why over the years many of my clients have come back to me and become friends, I have earned their trust.

EXPERIENCE

I have learnt many lessons in the last 25 years when it comes to buying and selling property. The biggest transition was moving to work in Sloane Square and work in three distinctly different markets, Chelsea, Belgravia and Knightsbridge. I found it fascinating to learn the intricacies of dealing with short leases, working out lease extension costs and transacting with the Cadogan and Grosvenor Estates.

DISCRETION

“Suit the action to the word, the word to the action.”

I feel that discretion and trust are the cornerstones to any relationship. It is vital that clients know that they can trust me to be discreet.
